How were subscribers collected?*

I was asked to provide the following:

"Please indicate the source of the data, both in case of online or offline acquisition, and then click on "+" (i.e. indicate how recipients opted in).
Please note that the information must be accurate. Even omitting a specific data source (e.g. entering "Confirmed Opt-in" when "Single Opt-in" was used) may lead to account suspension."

However, I don't have a URL because I don't use a service at the moment. The previous account has been closed to there isn't a URL.
