Penny Farthing Ale

This kit is inspired by New Belgium's Fat Tire, one of our favorite go-to beers. The recipe is more akin to an English Bitter so to give homage to the "Fat Tire" label we decided to use the Penny Farthing, a bicycle that brings images of Victorian England, tying the English style to the label that made New Belgium Brewing Company famous.


 The appeal of this beer is in its balance: Toasty malt flavors (sorta like biscuits just pulled from the oven) in balance with crisp hoppiness.
