Nectaron® (NZ) Hops

Nectaron hops are a New Zealand variety that went by the number HORT 4337. Necatron® is a full sister of Waimea and was developed in partnership with New Zealand's Plant & Food Research and took over 17 years before the full release. Necatron® has a huge aroma of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit, and pineapple. It is perfect for any fruit forward beer and performs really well when used in dry-hopping.

Alpha Acids: 10.5-11.5%

Beta Acids: 4.5-5.0%

Co-Humulone: 26-28%

Total Oil: 1.5-2 mL / 100g

Myrcene: 60% of total oil

Humulene: 16% of total oil

Caryophyllene: 4.5% of total oil

Farnesene: 0.2% of total oil

Citrus-Piney Fraction: 4.3% of total oil
