Made with clover honey that gives this mead a clean character that let's the qualities of the honey shine through. Because sources and composition of honey changes every season each batch will have its own unique flavor.

This kit should result in a dry mead with an ABV of 10-12%.  Dry meads are very similar to to a quality dry white wine. Easy to drink. Delicate and flavorful.
